Ingredients

Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Mixed Grains and Seeds (16%) (Kibbled Barley (8%), Kibbled Soya (2%), Rye Flakes (2%), Teff (1%), Spelt (1%), Amaranth (1%), Red Quinoa Seed (1%)), Wheat Gluten, Wholemeal Spelt Flour, Fermented Wheat Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Spirit Vinegar, Yeast, Buckwheat Flour, Wheat Flour. Contains naturally occurring sugars.

Contains: Wheat, Gluten, Barley, Soya, Rye and Spelt Flour. May contain traces of nuts, sesame and milk.

Suitable for Vegetarians.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place and reseal the bag after use.

Freezing

If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
