2 slices of Vogel’s Soya and Linseed
½ an avocado
1/3 of a cucumber
Chilli/plain mayo (we suggest adding your own extras to plain mayo, such as garlic, chilli paste or lemon zest!)
Pop two slices of Vogel’s Soya and Linseed in the toaster.
Prepare the avocado and cucumber, cutting into small cubes so the sandwich is chunky.
Prepare your mayo. This sandwich is refreshing and light, so adding a squeeze of lemon would complement the flavours perfectly.
When the bread is toasted to perfection, slather the mayo on both slices. Add the avocado and cucumber.
