Spicy cheese on toast
A spicer version of the king of comfort toast

Preheat grill 240°C
Cooking time: 15 min
2 slices of Vogel’s Superseeded Bloomer
6 chunky slices of mature cheddar cheese
One quarter red chilli, finely chopped
Butter or spread of choice
1. Toast two slices of our Superseeded Bloomer until lightly golden. You can use your favourite Vogel’s variety but the Superseeded works brilliantly here!
2. Butter your toasts and lay your cheese over each slice.
3. Pop under the grill until your cheese is starting to brown and bubbling away.
4. Plate up and sprinkle with your coriander and chopped chilli. Voilà!
