Goat’s Cheese and Haze...
An indulgent snack with some crunch!

2 slices Vogel’s Sunflower and Barley loaf
Enough goat’s cheese to cover two slices of toast
1 tbsp of whole hazelnuts
1 tsp of honey
Simple and delicious with an abundance of flavour.
Pop two slices of Sunflower and Barley into the toaster.
When the bread is golden brown, mash and cover with goat’s cheese. Sprinkle hazelnuts on top. They could be chopped and spread, but we enjoyed them whole for a crunchy, full flavour.
Squeeze some honey over the top. Edible flower optional!
