Where to Buy

Fortified Wheat Flour
Fortified Wheat Flour

It’s a UK legal requirement to use ‘Fortified Wheat’. But don’t worry it just means we add ‘Niacin’ and ‘Thiamin’ which might sound strange, but they’re naturally occurring nutrients.

Kibbled Wheat
Kibbled Wheat

‘ Kibbled’, in case you were wondering, means a grain that’s crushed, rather than ground. This gives you a more satisfying ‘bite’ from our home-grown wheat.

Kibbled Rye
Kibbled Rye

Rye is deliciously nutty and a source of fibre. We ’Kibble’, so crush the grain, rather than ground it, to give you a more substantial satisfying ‘bite’.

Whey Powder
Whey Powder

Why whey? (Try saying that with a mouthful). Whey’s a natural product of milk and because it’s high in protein, adds structure and texture to the loaf.
